GHA Training Series: Session 10 – Self-Employment Resource Exclusions

This session will describe common self-employment resources (e.g., business bank account, inventory, equipment) and the effect of those resources on financial need-based public benefits. This session will also explain strategies for excluding self-employment resources (e.g., Property Essential to Self-Support, ABLE accounts) to maintain access to needed benefits.
