Small Business Survey

NDI seeks to create a set of resources and learning opportunities to focus on improving the financial health for small business owners with disabilities. This will include a series of webinars and accompanying tools as well as bringing together entrepreneurs and small business owners with disabilities to be a part of a learning community. Through peer support, the learning community will enable participants to problem solve, share challenges and solutions, and gain knowledge and skills to improve their financial health and the health and stability of their small business.

To help ensure that the learning opportunities are meeting identified needs, NDI asks your assistance to respond to a brief survey to learn more about common financial health needs for entrepreneurs and small business owners with disabilities. The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete
